Self-Published Book Author Submission Instructions As you would imagine we have a different team that manages the self-published author review process. Self-published authors are a conundrum to the industry (and us) right now.  On the one hand, you have perfect copies ready to go.  On the other hand, if the copy arrives at the publishers looking like a self-published work, it can be the kiss of death.  We tend to err on the side of caution and we send it out the old fashioned way so it "looks like a duck, and smells like a duck"!  Also, we won't need a copy of the printed book.  Only after we get interest do we let it be known that it is already published in another form.  Larger publishers will buy out the rights in many circumstances. We are NOT a marketing company for your books.  We are not a publicity company.  Our job is to find a larger publisher to buy out your contract. We strive for efficiency in all areas of our business. Due to the volume of inquiries that we receive we ask that you please use this format  to begin our communication and the evaluation process. You may find it easier to type the answers to these questions in another document and then paste them into the form. Many authors have more than one book.
